2.1 Although all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information (including prices), on occasions, changes and errors regrettably can occur. You must therefore check the details of your chosen tee time or green fee (including the price) at the time of submitting either a booking or a booking request, and verify once you receive your booking confirmation via email. Email confirmations for tee time bookings are immediate and within 48 hours of a green fee booking request.

  3. Availability of tee times and green fees
3.1 All tee time and green fee information included on OGN partner websites is supplied by the listed golf clubs and courses and we are in regular contact with the clubs and courses to ensure that that the information we display is accurate.

3.2 You are able to make both live tee time bookings and green fee requests for tee times through OGN partner websites. Tee time bookings will be confirmed immediately and green fee requests will be checked automatically by email with the golf club or venue and a confirmation or alternative returned within 24 hours. Therefore with green fee requests, it is not possible in all cases to guarantee that the tee time you request will be available.

When booking a tee time the following booking and payment terms and conditions apply:

  4. Payment
4.1 Full payment must be made at the time of the booking unless stated otherwise. If a deposit is requested the balance of payment should be made directly with the golf club on arrival for your tee time.

4.2 We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Connect and all bookings are subject to a booking fee per transaction of £2.00 and 50 pence per person for the EGU’s Good for Golf development fund.

5.1 Once you have completed your booking online, you will receive confirmation via email of your booking, which will show the amount paid and any amount outstanding to be paid directly to the golf club on arrival. At this point your binding contract will come into existence. Clients must print a copy of their booking confirmation to show as proof of booking when they arrive at the golf club. Failure to produce the confirmation at sign-in may result in the golf club not honouring your booking. Neither our media partners nor One Golf Network accepts responsibility for a customer’s failure to produce their booking confirmation upon arrival and any consequences thereafter. Cancellation of a booking will immediately invalidate the confirmation.

5.2 Please check the confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it paying special attention to the tee time and the number of players booked. Contact us immediately at support@onegolfnetwork.co.uk if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We do not accept liability for errors notified to us after 24 hours of the date of booking the tee time.

5.3 To make a booking, the lead name must be aged 18 years or over.

  6. Group Booking
6.1 Where your booking is for more than one person, the named player responsible for booking your tee time will be treated as the lead name for your booking. The lead name will be responsible for making all payments due to the golf club on arrival at the golf club. The lead name is also wholly responsible for keeping all members of his/her party informed as to the booking details. We will not contact other group members for any reason at any time.

When purchasing a green fee playing certificate the following terms and conditions apply:

  7. Purchasing a green fee playing certificate
7.1 To purchase a green fee playing certificate, you must be 18 years or over. By making the booking request you confirm that you and the other players on whose behalf you are making the booking accept the Terms. For booking purposes you will be known as the “lead name” and you are responsible for making all payments due in respect of the booking.

7.2 To purchase a green fee playing certificate on OGN partner websites, please select a golf club or course and then choose one of the available tee times for that club or course on the date you require. You will then be given a summary of the club or course that you have selected, the tee time date and time and the price per person. You will also be asked to give your name address, contact email address and Golf Advantage card membership number if held. A booking request will then be sent to your chosen golf club, and you will also receive a copy of your booking request.

7.3 Within 24 hours of sending the booking request you will receive an email confirmation from your chosen club to either confirm your booking request, or if not available, to offer an alternative time. Your chosen club does not operate a tee sheet but will aim to honour the tee time you requested within a 40 minute window. If confirmed you will be required to pay a deposit or full payment for your green fee playing certificate which will be emailed to you immediately on receipt of payment.

7.4 If your chosen club cannot confirm the tee time you have requested within a 40 minute window you will receive an email offering an alternative time. You are free to either accept this tee time or continue to make a deposit or full payment, as above, or you can cancel your booking request and search for a new tee time or a new club.

  8. What is included in your green fee booking?
8.1 Your playing certificate is a booking for you to play a round of golf at a particular golf club or course at a particular time as confirmed by the club. Sometimes the price of the booking may include additional value added extras, such as catering packages or additional services but only if advertised as part of the green fee price on our partner websites.

  9. Payment
9.1 Payment must be made either in full or a deposit only as outlined in the booking confirmation or at the time of the booking request confirmation unless otherwise stated to receive your green fee playing certificate. If asked to pay a deposit only the balance of payment should be made directly with the golf club on arrival for your tee time.

9.2 We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Connect and all bookings are subject to a booking fee per transaction of £2.00 for a standard green fee certificate and £1.50 per person for Golf Advantage offers if you are not a membership card holder.

The remaining terms and conditions apply to both tee time and green fee bookings:

  10. Changes requested by you
10.1 All enquiries regarding amendments and cancellations to any confirmed bookings must be directed to One Golf Network by calling 01952 456459 or by emailing support@onegolfnetwork.co.uk.

10.2 You may cancel the booking up to 48 hours prior to the tee time and receive a full refund by contacting One Golf Network. Within 48 hours of the booking you are not entitled to a refund but may contact the club directly to arrange an alternative time to play. This will be offered at the club’s discretion.

  11. Changes requested by us
11.1 We may from time to time have to make changes and cancellations to your bookings. Whilst we make every effort to avoid this, we must reserve the right to do so. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer you the following:

    1. The right to an alternative tee time from us. If the tee time offered is a higher price, we will not ask you to pay any more.
    2. The right to accept the cancellation, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Note: Liability beyond offering the above options will not be accepted where we are forced to make a change or cancel as a result of circumstances beyond our control. The above options will not be available if we cancel as a result of your failure to comply with the outlined booking conditions.

  12. Handicap Certificates
12.1 Some golf courses will require a handicap certificate before accepting visitors – every effort will be made to alert you to this at the time of selecting your green fee within the booking restrictions – if in doubt, contact the club direct in advance. Visitors are expected to display a good level of understanding of, and respect for, the rules of the game and its etiquette, even if a certificate of playing skill is not requested. Each course reserves the right to refuse access to visitors who, in its judgment, fails to meet this requirement and we cannot be held responsible in those circumstances.

  13. Appropriate Clothing and Footwear
13.1 Visitors to a club are expected to wear appropriate dress and footwear on and off the course. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any dress restrictions – if in doubt, visit the club’s website or contact the club direct in advance. We cannot accept any responsibility for any ruling by the golf course if you or any of your group have failed to follow the club’s policy.

  14. Considerate Behaviour
14.1 We expect all golfers to have consideration for other people when visiting another course. If in the reasonable opinion of club officials at the supplier course, if any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, the golf club may, without prior notice, terminate the booking of the people concerned with immediate effect. In this situation, the people concerned will be required to leave the golf club. No refunds will be made and we will make no reimbursements to them as a result of the termination. We nor the supplier accept no liability toward such people.

14.2 When you book with One Golf Network, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party during your visit to the supplier club. If applicable, full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the golf club. Should you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.

  15. Course Conditions
15.1 Course playing conditions may vary from time to time. Seasonal variations such as parched fairways are normal and routine course maintenance procedures such as aerating greens are essential to preserve the long term course condition and quality and may be scheduled at short notice. We do not accept responsibility for the condition of the course that you have booked to play as events such as these are out of our control.

  16. Poor Weather
16.1 As inclement weather is sometimes unavoidable, golf clubs may either close the golf course or operate temporary tees and greens as required at their sole discretion.

In the event of this happening please contact the golf club for their policy on course closures due to adverse weather. You will find the club’s contact details on your booking confirmation. It is the golfer’s responsibility to contact the golf club and confirm if the course is open for play and we encourage you to make every effort to contact the club before travelling if adverse weather is forecast.

  17. Data Protection
17.1 The ownership, storage and use of your personal data for marketing purposes will be solely governed by the opt-in choices you select at the time of booking, and we and our partners will comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act.
